The Regional HRBP Europe reports to the VP HRBL Commercial Europe , sits on the Europe Commercial (EC) HR Leadership Team and partners with HR and Business Leaders to drive forward the HR agenda and to enable strong and sustainable business performance.

This encompasses the elements of the HR cycle as well as providing project management to strategic HR Projects that arise within the Commercial Region. Another key accountability will be the implementation of our Talent strategy in partnership with the Commercial Talent, Capability and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career development, these responsibilities include some of the following

  • Partner with the EC HRLT to drive forward the HR agenda & objectives with operational discipline that requires leadership, influence, and stakeholder management across a matrixed team.
  • Set the rhythm of the EC HR organisation to ensure the team meets agreed priorities, structuring the team agenda and planning for a cadence of meetings across the team that ensure that strategic threads are pulled through
  • Understand the Commercial and Europe business strategy, the organisation structure, key decision makers, ways of working and change projects. Apply this knowledge to support requests of the HR Business Leader, including the preparation of information and materials for Executive meetings (ECLT, EC HRLT)
  • Partner with the Commercial Talent, Capability and DEI team in implementing our Talent strategy, ensuring an effective cadence of Talent reviews, coordinating talent programs, and facilitating brilliant talent moves in line with our ambition of bold people development and DEI aspirations.
  • Act as HR data champion, bringing strong understanding of the Commercial business to utilise digital insights in the context of the organisation. In partnership with People, Data & Analitics team to provide pragmatic, simple and predictive HR solutions focused on the business and performance.
  • Project manage the delivery of key strategic projects, responsible for the coordinated management and tracking of multiple HR projects in support of EC HR objectives.

  • Strong relationship building and communication skills, to work and influence across different cultures with the ability to adjust to different approaches.
  • Data driven, using information to inform decisions and solve problems. Experience and understanding of Digital, Data & Analytics, with a digital curiosity and mindset for ongoing learning
  • Demonstrated learning agility and organisational skills, with the ability to deal with complexity in a fast-paced working environment
  • Undergraduate degree or professional certification in related discipline (e.g., Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, Management)
  • Experience of operating in an international, world-class global company, working across different countries and cultures with a diverse range of populations
