Salary: £22,141 - £25,860 per annum
Hours: 36 per week
Location: Reed House- Norwich or Beacon House - March
We’re recruiting for a Regional Housing Administrator to join our team in Norwich or March for a fixed period of 12 months.
You’ll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Housing and Repairs and Maintenance Teams whilst ensuring SLAs are met. You’ll be required to report any communal repairs to contractors, maintaining relevant records, liaising with contractors and raising Purchase Orders. We’ll look to you to maintain general enquiry processes, contacting customers whilst adhering to Clarion Values
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring, recording and processing data for Housing and R&M Teams.
- Minute taking for various team meetings.
- Processing general enquires.
- Producing routine letters, reports and other documents from standard templates

You’ll already have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be able to write clear, accurate and concise records, often analysing data from a variety of sources and be able to prioritise your busy workload as required.
