Job description
To do this, we need a Regional Director to help us develop our Midlands Region.
We’re on the lookout for someone who thinks their pretty good at the following:-
Can you produce a compelling and realistic growth strategy?- Have you got a track record in driving sales growth and building teams? Are you passionate about it?
- Can you spot an opportunity both commercially and operationally and run with it?
- Do you thrive in an operational sales environment where you are responsible for your own P&L and operation profits?
- Do you possess a commercial agility to react to an ever changing business and its markets?
- Do you consider yourself a good influencer with the skills to deliver change and challenge the day to day ‘norm’
