To do this, we need a Regional Director to help us develop our Midlands Region.

We’re on the lookout for someone who thinks their pretty good at the following:-

Can you produce a compelling and realistic growth strategy?
Have you got a track record in driving sales growth and building teams? Are you passionate about it?
Can you spot an opportunity both commercially and operationally and run with it?
Do you thrive in an operational sales environment where you are responsible for your own P&L and operation profits?
Do you possess a commercial agility to react to an ever changing business and its markets?
Do you consider yourself a good influencer with the skills to deliver change and challenge the day to day ‘norm’
