NorseCare have a new, fantastic opportunity for a Regional Director to join our Senior Management Team based at our Head Office in Norwich.
As a Regional Director and part of the NorseCare Senior Management Team you will contribute to the strategic leadership, direction and development of the company. Defining and implementing business plans in line with the business strategy, setting and monitoring definitive targets ensuring the appropriate balance between operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness is achieved.
You will build strong relationships engaging and networking with partners and stakeholders to promote the NorseCare brand and support our intended growth, proactively leading on changes that are required for service delivery improvements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for driving and developing the service delivery through providing operational leadership
- Have oversight and provide expertise to our Registered Managers, whilst supporting NorseCare’s strategic and operational objectives
- Act as an inspirational leader providing governance on delivering efficient and effective services to agreed financial plans, budgets and targets
- Monitoring vacancies, and supporting with the recruitment process across your portfolio of Care establishments
- Reviewing forecasts and contributing to the design of future budgets
- Leading on the delivery of an organisational culture which is safe, responsive to change and driven by the needs and involvement of our customers with an aim of achieving “outstanding” CQC ratings
Ideal skills and experience include:
You will be able to demonstrate significant experience working within the care sector at management level combined with and in-depth industry knowledge whilst also evidencing:
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a business partnership model, building trust and integrity in the delivery of services, establishing effective long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Capable of creating and managing performance targets and standards that reflect the operational needs of the division, considering commercial objectives and client expectations.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of CQC compliance and regulations.
- Experience of budgetary management and meeting commercial goals.
- An inspirational leader with the ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplined teams, promoting personal development and employee well-being whilst maintaining performance levels.
