A bit about the role...
Reporting into the Lead Construction Manager, this role is responsible to deliver the regional Construction programme, renewals, capital small projects and R&M. Ensuring all stores are managed aligned to the annual construction programme and to legal and brand standards, in line with the capital and opex budgets.
- Delivering the region’s projects & store programmes on time, to budget & in line with brand guidelines & qualities
- Work with & manage regional key external consultants across Store investment & R&M
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the Costa business and external parties / consultants
- Setting and monitoring of all planned preventative maintenance regimes
- Compliance with all industry standards including CDM and Health and Safety
- Coordination of lease dilapidation works

- Well-established construction experience in retail (client-based), with proven experience in managing budgets, programmes and ensuring delivery of the highest quality.
- Strong background in delivering maintenance service to large multi-site organisation
- Able to work in an agile way, work to deadlines and move at pace
- High degree in problem solving and working on own initiative
- Data & analytically strong - able to report and manage suppliers/consultants against SLAs/KPIs
- Strong people skills & relationship management at all levels.
- Experience in Project Management and managing a team of external parties and consultants
- Strong understanding of industry standards including CDM and Health and Safety
