Hours: 37.5 per week (full-time)

We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Administrator who will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to respective Regional Manager(s), cinema teams and head office departments located in Brentford, London.

The successful candidate can expect a diverse range of challenges which include, but are not limited to:

• Providing general administration support to Regional Management.

• Reviewing daily correspondence including emails and letters, whilst responding in a timely and appropriate manner.

• Collation, analysis and distribution of regional reports.

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate information relating to regional cinema performance.

• Supporting in the organisation of regional meetings and other regional / Company events, including sourcing and booking venues, liaising and supporting guest speakers, creating and distributing agendas.

• Supporting with travel and accommodation requests for the Regional Manager(s), Cinema Management teams and other key stakeholders as required.

• Supporting the Regional Manager(s) as a note taker in formal meetings as required.

• Providing cover for fellow Regional Administrators during periods of leave and absence.
