About the company:
Established in 2004 my client is a construction expert with over 40 years’ experience in the field of fit out and refurbishment. They are a family run company with 30 employees across the business. They specialise clever designs, innovative construction approaches, and a customer-centric approach to its clients. They carry out specialist CAT A office fit out projects ranging from £4m - £7m.
About the role:
This full-time Site Manager position based in London, will be overseeing projects in prominent locations. Your primary focus is ensuring on-site safety and security for all individuals, implementing preventative measures, and adhering to health and safety protocols. You'll manage site operatives, supervise quality control, and enforce method statements for trades like brickwork, plastering, and carpentry. Collaborating with the Contracts Manager, clients, subcontractors, and other teams will ensure seamless project coordination. Your commercial acumen will identify cost-saving opportunities, while effective communication fosters transparency and client satisfaction. Continuous improvement and professional development are encouraged, aiming for timely project completion with excellence.
Benefits and rewards:
My client is offering a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 with a range of company benefits and rewards which will be outlined at the interview stage.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience as a Site Manager having worked on similar category A high end fit out and refurbishment projects. Experience in M&E would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications:
· SMSTS
· First Aid
· CSCS

Salary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
