We are delighted to be recruiting for an Operations Excellence Lead, located in Edinburgh. This role is to enhance the operational efficiency, service delivery, and to create a continuous improvement culture. You will oversee developing process improvement initiatives, as well as using your exceptional problem-solving skills to come up with solutions.
This is a brand new role, which will be aligned to a multinational, market leading Financial Services firm. Whilst our client is located in London, this role is Edinburgh-based with the expectation that the person in this role will have a presence in that office.

Operational Team Leader (Sourcing, on-boarding and compliance)
