- Our Talent Acquisition organisation is growing, and we are now looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our UK & IE team supporting hiring for Tesla's Sales, Service & Delivery (SSD) organisation SSD is the backbone of our client facing business. The core roles which are recruited for in this business include our Tesla Advisors (Sales) and Service Technicians (Auto Mechanics) As a Recruitment Manager at Tesla, you develop deep partnerships with your direct reports, business stakeholders and within our People team. Your business acumen, passion for recruiting and a genuine commitment for optimising processes are core skills needed at Tesla. Strong analytical skills round off your profile, and you use data to create and influence strategies to find and hire the talent responsible for accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy What we offer:

- Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent needs against their growth plans
- Identifying opportunities to accelerate hiring pace and challenges in our operation, by proactively looking around corners and problem solving ahead of time
- Creating concrete recruitment strategies outlining to the business and your team a plan and measurement points
- Owning every aspect of your team’s performance, and being responsible for driving continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and delivery to our stakeholders
- Regularly reporting on KPIs whilst improving processes based on data insights and feedback received
- Being an essential part of our functional TA leadership and impacting our overarching strategy as an EMEA Talent Acquisition team, always driving innovation and excellence
- Working cross-functionally with various stakeholders in the business and People team in your region and EMEA
- Experienced as a people manager in Talent Acquisition in an agile, fast-paced environment where things change very quickly
- Have the ability to adapt to constantly fluctuating targets and business needs, always maintaining a calm, considered approach
- Are an excellent communicator with fluency in English
- Have strong analytical skills and understanding of KPIs and reporting, and act as a role model in process compliance and data integrity
- Have experience in non-tech skilled volume hiring roles, preferably in Manufacturing or Operations
