The Role…
As Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for driving a seamless interview process and candidate experience from start to finish. The Recruitment Manager will engage with/and develop partnerships with hiring managers and applicants alike. As an industry expert you will provide strategic input, coordinate interviews and express enthusiastic suggestions to ensure a professional and consistent recruitment process is executed.
You will hone your skills of strategic outreach, candidate engagement, and data-driven analysis while helping us attract exceptional, diverse talent to join our growing team. At Soho House, we embrace a culture of style, having a good time, making it happen and passion.
This role will have specific focus on the 'Country' region; covering Soho Farmhouse (which is ideally where you will be based), Babington House, Cecconi's and Farmshop Bicester and Soho House Manchester (when it opens).
Main Duties:
- Supporting with recruitment for all roles within Soho Farmhouse. Including Front of House (Waiters, Reception, Bartenders, Runners, Floor Managers etc) and Back of house (chef de partie, sous chef, kitchen porter, Housekeeping). Support with recruitment across other sites within the Country region.
- Proactive and reactive sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates
- Coaching and guiding managers to ensure smooth and positive recruitment journey
- Managing internal recruitment process and applications
- Lead external recruitment events - Careers fairs, Open days, etc.
- Providing feedback to all candidates
- Managing recruitment suppliers and annual contract renewal process
- Managing the on-boarding process for new starters to ensure the best possible introduction to the business
- Continually reviewing recruitment methods as the business expands to ensure constant improvement
- Build a rapport with the teams at all levels both in operations and our support office
- Training on recruitment practices for all hiring managers
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Experience of recruiting high volume within hospitality
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritise
- Strong IT skills and ability to write and produce reports
- Proven impact on a company's culture
- Experience with Caterer.com CV database (preferred)
