Job description
Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of recruiting intern.
- is responsible to support the a recruiting team in the selection of candidates, throughout all steps in the recruiting process and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- performs editing and publishing of job advertisements.
- assist in pre-selection of applications, organization of job interviews, participation in interviews, and administration of candidates after the interview and processing of rejections.
- provides consultancy support to new employees from abroad.
- participates in networking, developmental, and community service programs that enhance internship experience and also assisting with reporting, tracking, and generating hiring metrics.
- reviews and analyse pre-employment assessment results to determine job fit, complete offer packets and appropriate new hires documents as necessary, coordinate start-date, training, and first-day agenda with appropriate department.
- carries out certain task like faxing timesheets, mailing out pay slips to temporary workers, distribution of cheques to temporary workers, setting up client accounts, uploading candidate files onto our online system etc.
Job Type: Internship
Salary: £500.00-£600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
