As a proven Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and nurturing our key accounts within market-leading companies within agriculture, farming and our associated sectors globally. From day one, you will clearly know what you have to do in order to receive your next promotion. Job Purpose: To fulfil Client briefs in a timely and cost-effective manner. To deliver superior service every time to both Clients and Candidates. To build, manage and grow Client relationships and add value to the Client proposition offering. Maintain and develops strategically important relationships with key accounts. Leverage relationships to identify wider business opportunities for other departments. Proactively cross-sell at all times. a Assist Sales function (Business Development Managers) in delivering strategic sales goals. Consistently update team on latest developments and updates within their Client base and market Manage both Client and Candidate expectations Ensure regular and timely client reviews are conducted Facilitate Client Call Backs to monitor performance levels and maximise business opportunities Monitor own performance and adheres to SLA (Service Level Agreements) for each client Agree and produces SLA's (Service Level Agreements) for all jobs including timeframes and KSF's (Key Success Factors). Essential Skills Required: Some sales, customer service and account management experience. Recruitment experience would be ideal, however it is not essential. Excellent organisational and time-management skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly-used office packages The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Good team-working skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse at senior and Board level Good negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent attention to detail Great telephone manner Able to follow a process Target / goal-oriented Positive / enthusiastic A coachable individual who loves to learn. Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience. Salary and Benefits: Excellent salary and benefits package, (£22,000 - £35,000 basic dependent upon experience) plus a fantastic commission structure that could easily see you earning £80,000 OTE in your first year, including a 4-day working week with 5 days pay! Working hours Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch break, full training and ongoing support, company pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, as well as additional top performer incentives, salary extras, company bonuses, rewards, as well as additional incentives including team holidays, events and a clearly defined career progression path and so much more!
