JOB TITLE: Recruitment Coordinator (30 hours per hour)

LOCATION: Exeter

SALARY: £28,366 FTE (£23,000 per annum for 30 hours, plus achievable monthly bonus of £1000+!!!!)

HOURS: 8.30am to 4pm - 30 hours / 4 days a week

THE ROLE: This is a new role where you will be joining an established sales team supporting with all things candidate related. You will be a confident, inquisitive, creative thinker, and a naturally great communicator. You will be required to think outside the box and use digital and social media to proactively work alongside experienced consultants to source candidates for their client's vacancies.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

* Screening candidates within the civils engineering & Construction sectors

* Digital networking, utilising Job boards, CRM System, Adverts, and LinkedIn to source candidates

* Writing advertisements for all vacancies and posting to job boards and social media sites

* Keeping all candidate profiles on the CRM system up to date

* Ensuring all compliance is carried out for each candidate

* Arranging interviews with the successful candidates

* Sending out interview confirmations to successful candidates

* Organising your day plan every evening for the following day

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

* Previous experience in resourcing/recruitment/candidate management

* Strong IT skills and knowledge of relevant software

* Good understanding of and interest in social media

* Outgoing, positive and confident personality

* Excellent telephone manner

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Attention to detail

* Knowledge of, or interest in Construction, Engineering or Property industries beneficial

This would suit either someone who has worked in agency recruitment who loved the buzz and culture but didn't enjoy the targets, or maybe you're an experienced internal recruiter and you want to earn fantastic monthly commissions for just doing your job!
