Company: We are looking for ambitious, polished trainees to join this growing team of highly respected recruitment consultants. A legal recruitment firm, however they take an alternative approach to the sector norm and pride themselves on their research-driven approach to supplying international clients with high-quality candidates.
Sector: Legal
Salary package: Basic Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 base salary, increases to £30,000 within 6-9months Bonus: Commission in the region of £9,000-£17,000 per year.
The Role:
- Compiling candidate shortlists through thorough market mapping and research.
- Business development; pitching to company directors and winning new business (this will occur after 6-9months).
- Account management; maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Sourcing high calibre candidates; proactive headhunting, networking, via job boards.
- Becoming a consultative sales person.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Stellar academics (strong A Levels and a degree from a Top 40 University)
- Excellent commercial experience (this can be a placement year/ studies alongside university) preferred not essential
- A natural relationship builder
- An innate hunger for success
- Excellent communication skills in both the spoken and written form
