We are looking for someone awesome to join the Risk Division & Group Internal Audit People Partnering Team.

About the role!
This role will partner those leading Risk Analytics and Financial Risk in Risk Division. You’ll work alongside senior leaders to develop and deliver across the full People agenda within the businesses you partner. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the business in achieving their goals and ambitions. You will also support the People Directors in delivering the broader People plan for Risk Division and Group Internal Audit.

As well as working across all aspects of the People proposition including culture, organisation design, talent, reward, learning, leadership effectiveness, recruitment, people risk, there is much more to this role. We spend lots of time talking to, influencing and coaching business leaders, connecting with our P&P colleagues and dealing with complex and varied issues so building credible and trusted relationships is fundamental to what we do. About Risk Division!
Risk Division is made up of just under 3000 colleagues and supports the Group to deliver sustainable opportunities through its Risk Management. The Division is focused around many risk types from Credit & Conduct Risk to Climate & Data and is on a journey to transform the way we manage risk in the organisation using investment budget to develop our platforms and infrastructure as well as transforming the way we work.
Key responsibilities/elements of the role:
  • Work in partnership with Business Leaders to deliver their People Strategy in line with LBG People Plan, enabling the business to be successful and deliver against our purpose and strategic goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing guidance, challenge, and judgement, with data and informed insight at the heart.
  • Connect the business and act in partnership with the broader People and Places function to enable collective success in the implementation of key initiatives.
  • Deliver a fit for the purpose Organisation Design, where diversity is championed, where skills are built and talent developed to secure our future success.
