Training
We are a friendly, collaborative and supportive organisation and pride ourselves in ensuring employee success and development and will be committed to supporting you to achieve your short, mid and long term career goals.
You will receive 12 months of tailored training and coaching by working closely with an associate director, a designated mentor, a variety of buddy’s across the business. We aim to coach you to become a fully independent consultant by the end of your first year with us.
The Role
You will be working with senior stakeholders at director level within globally recognised brands who are responsible for technology divisions. You will be supporting them to achieve their growth plans within technology projects by understanding their key challenges and supplying the solution with the best talent. Once the restrictions are lifted there will also be travel to Europe with this role - should you feel comfortable to do so. This is an opportunity to build a business within a business and tap into your entrepreneurial flare.
You will:
- Canvass new clients and create new business opportunities
- Create a network of key stakeholders
Key Skills/Requirements:
- A recent Business Graduate (or related degree)
- Self motivated and determined
- Proactive and resilient
- Have outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple things at once
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Great listening skills

- Commission OTE 40k first year
