Recruitment Consultant - full training provided

INFORM3 Recruitment is a rapidly expanding and ambitious niche recruitment company based in Newry and we are keen to speak with ambitious individuals who are interested in a career in Recruitment.

We are looking for applicants with a positive attitude and a history of success in whatever role you have done previously.

Previous experience in telephone sales or recruitment is desirable, but if you are willing to learn and have a strong work ethic, we will give you all of the sales training and mentoring you require to be extremely successful in this position.

You will be working alongside Senior Recruiters following a structured career path leading to senior and management positions.

What can I expect to do as a Recruiter?

  • Speaking with candidates on a daily basis from Graduate to Director Level
  • Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment cycle: job postings, resume screening, arranging interviews and managing offers.
  • Networking and headhunting to source new candidates
  • Lead generation
  • Become the go-to consultant for roles in your given area

Basic salary is reviewed after probation (6 months)

Commission structure and bonus on top of basic salary along with monthly prizes and staff away days.
