We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with the potential to develop into a Director’s role.
We are looking for a driven individual with excellent people skills and a winning mind-set. Good organisation and time management are essential as well as the ability to meet targets and achieve results in a fast paced environment. Whilst support from the wider team will be provided at all times, we are looking for a self-motivated person who can also act autonomously.
We are a small new energetic company and are very much looking for an individual who is keen to earn fantastic money, progress and really take advantage of the opportunity here
The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria.
Recruitment is a business to business (B2B) sales role. Day to day, you will be:
· Sourcing candidates for existing clients
· Working to bring new clients on board (business development)
· Booking interviews
· Negotiating rates and salaries.
We're seeking experienced, entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultants throughout the UK to join our network of like-minded recruiters - You must be able to Grow your own recruitment desk.
Who we are looking for:
We are very keen to consider individuals with 12months+ sales or recruitment experience. We need you to display:
· Strong motivations for wanting a high earning commission based role
· Tenacious, ambitious, hard-working attitude
· Bright, confident and articulate
· Resilient
To be successful in this role, you'll have a strong background in business generation and high billings, with at least 2 years of previous recruitment experience. You'll be self-motivated to sell and service both existing and new clients, and be a confident and persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
