Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Supply Chain & Logistics)

We are Seaham based, just off the A19. Our office space has been designed so you can work hard and enjoy the space around you. Walk around our spacious office and consult with clients on a headset! It’s not unusual to see our staff talking whilst kicking a footie around or playing darts at the same time.

The Company:
We are currently a team of 12, with specific growth plans over the next 12-18 months. This is the perfect time to join Theo James as a Recruitment Consultant and work your way up to the very top. We have big plans to double in size over the next year, before embarking on further growth.

On day one you will be given a career planner which maps out your journey from earning circa OTE £27k-£28k as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, right to a £100k + Billing Manager. The speed you reach that goal is down to you. Recruitment is the epitome of ‘you get out what you put in’
Salary of a Recruitment Consultant
Our salaries are transparent throughout the business, as below.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £20,350 Basic – OTE £27k-£30k
Recruitment Consultant £24,750 - £26,400 Basic – OTE £32-38k
Senior Recruitment Consultant £28,600 Basic – OTE £42-57k
Principle Consultants - £38,800 Basic - OTE £50k-£70k
Managing Consultants £33,000 Basic - £52k – £75k
We have levels above this. But, we have an organic model. 70% of our current staff have gone through this journey and are now Managing Consultants or Managers. (You will too!)

Job Description of a Recruitment Consultant
A day in the life of a Recruitment Consultant is never a dull one. This is a real rollercoaster! Recruitment has moved on from the 90’s and we are not an agency. We are a consultancy where we consult with people about talent, market conditions and process. Your role is to find the best talent on the market and improve the Manufacturing sector. We are a talent provider and must add value.
This role is specifically to recruit within Supply Chain & Logistics. You will be working with a range of Manufacturing & Engineering firms, looking roles such as Buyers, Planners, Purchasing Controllers, Purchasing Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Logistics Managers etc
Typical duties involve :-
· Sourcing talent via job boards, linkedin, word of mouth and headhunting
· Sales – business development, pitching candidates to new clients and managing existing accounts
· Marketing – producing video content, writing creative adverts and daily linkedin posts – Build that personal brand!
· Consult – You will consultant about market conditions, salaries, process, interview tips etc
· Negotiate – You will negotiate salaries, counter offers, offers etc
· Tech – we use a range of tech and you must be tech savvy!
· Meet – Meet your clients and candidates online and face to face.
· Celebrate – Clap your peers when they place a candidate and their song blasts through the speakers. Have fun while you work!
