Asset Integrity Engineer Internship
We’re looking for an ambitious and intellectually curious student to join our team on a year-long placement to learn, grow and contribute to our goal of a better tomorrow.
You will join a fast-growing asset integrity team and will have the opportunity to deliver and manage asset integrity projects across a range of energy sectors (hydrocarbon, renewables and petrochemical) and potentially infrastructure sectors to provide integrity management solutions and reliability engineering services.
Your role as an Asset Integrity Engineer:
- Development of integrity management policy, framework, strategies and plans across projects design and operating phases.
- Execution of integrity management projects including, fitness for service assessments, risk assessment, and life extension projects
- Execution of reliability studies including RAM analysis, FMECA and RCM
- Preparation of inspection, maintenance and monitoring plans
- Support clients with inspection planning and execution as required
- Review of inspection record and make appropriate recommendation based on the findings
- Ownership of integrity tasks and reporting to relevant Lead/Project Manager as required
- Contribute to the digitalization by supporting the Worley Digital team for the development of data management solution and digital integrity tools as required
- Support the Business Development activities; preparation of presentations, technical articles and marketing material, providing input to tenders/bids and reviewing documentation

Technical Specifications
- You will be in a student looking to participate in a year in industry placement as part of your degree course. Looking to return to university for your final year after the programme
- You will be looking to achieve a degree (or equivalent) in Civil, Structural, Material or Mechanical Engineering
- Our internship programmes are intended for those with minimal to no experience in Engineering and for those are still studying at university. If you have more than 2+ years paid in-industry experience in the field of Engineering and/or have already graduated and will not be completing a masters on an accredited course, we would recommend applying for our other opportunities
- If you feel you do not have any relevant experiences or meet the full criteria, we encourage you to still apply. When reviewing applications, we look at all experiences, whether that’s in-industry (paid work experience), at university (e.g. your course, society membership, events etc) or even in personal study (any experiences you have outside of university or paid employment)
- Experience (either at university, personal study or in-industry) in asset integrity in the hydrocarbon or renewable industry is desirable
