About us;

We are an independent recruitment agency who are looking to expand. We are currently a small team of 6, lead by 2 directors who have a very laid back, close-knit family style approach to working.

We are talented educators with vast experience working with schools. Our team go home at night knowing that we are contributing and playing the part in the education of thousands of young people throughout the East Midlands. We currently have an exciting growth project available and are really keen to hear from like-minded individuals looking to make a difference within education, and to their own career progression and growth.

Our working ours are 07.30am-4.30pm.

The role will involve;

- Engage your clients through building strong, lasting relationships to deliver the best quality support staff and teachers to them.

- Proactively seek prospective candidates regarding different work opportunities you have available.

- Create and publish job adverts to attract potential candidates, along with assessing their suitability for work within your schools.

- Oversea your own business of schools with support from your seniors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Salary: £22,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
