WHO ARE STAFFSCANNER AND WHAT DO WE DO?

At Staffscanner our main purpose is to supply experienced and quality care staff to support various care providers with short term staffing requirements. We do this through our state-of-the-art online app which allows care providers such as residential homes and home care providers to view and select staff to cover any of their temporary staffing requirements. We are a dynamic and modern company with drive and momentum. We have quickly established ourselves as one of the country’s leading providers of care staff in a short period of time. We are now looking to add the skills of another experienced Recruitment Consultant to the Staffscanner family.

WHAT WE ASK:

  • Experience in a similar role, knowledge of the healthcare sector is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • The confidence to communicate with applicants and clients.
  • Ability to manage your own workload but also be able to work as part of a small team to achieve the best results possible.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in the UK
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sourcing suitable candidates to fill shifts for our clients.
  • Conducting interviews via video call.
  • Ensuring that all staff are fully compliant.
  • Answering incoming recruitment calls.
  • Assisting other departments when required.
  • Meeting KPI's set by the office manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £10.70 per hour
