We have an exciting opportunity for anenthusiasticFacilities Site Manager to join our Estates & Facilities Department at Chelsea and Westminister Foundation Trust. A proficient, responsive team, providing high quality services in an environmentally sustainable way.
The successful candidate will be based at our Chelsea and Westminister Site, Fulham Road, will be professionally accountable for the Trust’s Support Services and will lead the operational direction of Facility Services. This post will involve working at weekends on a rota basis if required and on call.
Whilst the post holder will primarily be responsible for the soft services they will be required to liaise with and deal with both the external and internal estates services, including. This will involve dealing with Contractual issues between the Trust and the Contractor.
Responsible to manage the key performance targets within own area, and demonstrate continuous improvement in patient experience with particular reference to a problem-solving. To ensure that there are clear and transparent measure of success (KPI’s) for the post holder service/s and these are delivered at the required level.
Deliver against objectives, achieving quality outcomes, prioritising own workload and working to tight deadlines; ensure targets are met, identify and escalate potential risks.
To deputise for the Site Manager across the full range of their duties.
To provide leadership for departments included within the facilities directorate to ensure the delivery of a relevant, high quality and cost effective service.
To be responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of the following departments – Security Management Services; Domestic & Housekeeping Services, Portering & Waste Services; Postal Services; Catering Services; Accommodation; Retail; General and Patient Transport (NEPT); Helpdesk; On Call room provision, Linen & Laundry, Handyman and Car Parking

and are planning an ambitious £60m development of an Ambulatory Diagnostics Centre at West Middlesex
The post holder is required to work effectively with internal and external partners, including the local community and other stakeholders including our Service Providers, to achieve positive results including through collaborative working.
Required to ensure the Trust meets its contractual obligations for the provision of estates and facilities management services to purchasers of Trust services, including Central & North West London Mental Health Trust and Ealing Housing Association.
