Plus Education Recruitment UK Ltd are a recruitment agency who are working with primary and secondary schools and nurseries across the Liverpool/Merseyside area to provide both short term and long term supply cover, and permanent teaching and support staff roles.
Job description
The role;
- Business development; contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities.
- Working with clients; identifying their specific needs and requirements to fill the roll.
- Attending client meetings/school visits/job fairs/recruitment events (these may be out of your usual working hours, to meet the needs of the business).
- Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants, interviewing and registering candidates.
- Building a pool of candidates to ensure you can meet the clients’ needs and requirements.
- Build excellent relationships with candidates and clients by maintaining regular contact.
Key skills;
- Previous sales experience and evidence of working in a target focussed role and meeting business targets.
- Focus, enthusiasm, determination and motivation.
- Working towards targets to meet the needs of the business.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Confident and resilient.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and positive relationships.
