Job Vacancy: Experienced Teaching Assistant (Primary KS2 and KS1)

Location: Warrington
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £400 - £500 per week

Role and Responsibilities: As an experienced Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience of our students in both KS2 and KS1. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Working with small groups or individual students to provide targeted assistance.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance.
  • Adapting learning materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Contributing to the planning and preparation of lessons.
  • Providing feedback and progress updates to teachers and parents.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in both KS2 and KS1 settings.
  • A strong understanding of primary curriculum and teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education and child development (desirable but not essential).
