Job vacancy: Associate Consultant (ONLY SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
Salary Range: £25-28k
Location: Hybrid working (1 day a week from home) Walking distance from Liverpool Street Station.
Commission: up to 15% flat (No Threshold) plus bonuses.

Our client is based in the City of London, walking distance from Liverpool Street Station. They are an Education recruitment agency that currently supplying teachers and support staff to schools and educational facilities around the London and surrounding areas. Since the company started in 2016, it has gone from strength to strength and presently with 18 members of staff, they are looking to further expand. The client are in a position to offer warm clients, which will enable anyone joining to bill straight away. They appreciate that in order to grow, they need to invest in the best talent and because of this they are offering the opportunity to progress within 1.5 years to senior levels. Job specification:
You will be supplying a range of staff to the education sector, to include Primary & Secondary Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEN and Inclusion Specialist, Nursery Nurses, Cover Supervisors, Care Takers & Cleaners Business Managers/Admin and Accounts, Learning Mentors and Midday Meal Supervisors to the London and surrounding areas. You will resource candidates by accessing various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Reed, Indeed, Facebook forums etc. This role is heavily based on communication as building relationships is key with both candidates and clients. You will spend the majority of your day speaking to potential candidates whilst managing existing ones on a daily/weekly basis, to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure they are happy within their temporary placements. You will also regularly service clients to keep up to date with vacancies, courtesy calls, and continue to strengthen rapport.
Whilst there is client ownership, you will have the freedom to on board clients in other locations. You will be working alongside senior members of staff to meet company targets. You will be expected to maintain existing relationships with clients and look to undertake business development to on board new clients as of when the need arises. This opportunity is for anyone who is looking for real progression. Not only will this opportunity enable you to earn between £40-60k within your first year and minimum £100k in your second, you will have the full support from the company with any further training and development that you feel you may need.
