Job Description

- Achieve weekly/monthly/annual targets as per the Performance and Promotion Criteria
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients ensuring an efficient service is provided that exceeds their resourcing requirements
- Manage client relationships, gain commitment from clients through regular sales calls and visits
- Structure daily and weekly activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Manage hotlists of candidates, to ensure you have the very best available candidates in your specialist market
- Receiving and qualifying requirements from client and candidates
- Qualification of candidates
- Submission of candidates
- Conducting Candidate Interviews
- Arranging interviews for client and candidates
- Making offers to candidates and securing placements
- Ongoing Contractor/Candidate management

What's on Offer
- 25k starting salary, if targets are hit expect a salary of 35-40k in your first year with this figure rising year on year
