Job description
Headlines: £60k base, up to 40% commission, remote.
I’m working with the market leading recruitment company in the international security sector, who are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to head up their US Division (working in the UK and on UK hours too). The US market is the largest for Security, resilience and investigations professionals globally, so you’ll have a massive market to work in here.
This is a pivotal role in the future success of the business, where you’ll be working closely with the Managing Partners to oversee the day to day recruitment activity and develop the strategy of the division; whilst remaining responsible for your own targets and clients.
The company has two inspirational leaders who have worked together and competed against each other over the years in the industry; they truly have been there and done it and are now leading the way in the industry together; so you genuinely will be learning from the best here.
You’ll discover new business opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships with key clients and continually identify areas for business growth. You’ll do this by networking, promoting the brand at conferences around the world, making business development calls and gathering market information too.
If you’ve managed people before, this would be a huge advantage as part of this role will be to build out your team and manage, mentor and coach your team as it grows.
From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a base salary of up to £60,000, work remotely – with weekly/fortnightly catch ups with the team in London and have a commission scheme up to 40%.
We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so If you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Dan Beecher on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest.
