Want to get full, 360 recruitment commission (up to 30%) for doing the client management, talent attraction & candidate delivery side of the circle?
Do you LOVE actual recruitment of people into great jobs but find the constant New Business calls, Emails, contacts & "building your desk with new clients" a gut wrenching, thankless task that you'd rather just not do?! (We’ve all been there)
Then come & work for hireful & get paid as much, if not more, for mostly doing the “non-sales” side of recruitment!
Our Recruitment Consultants are much more akin to Talent Attraction experts, than traditional "rec cons" & 95% of your time will be candidate attraction, candidate experience & placing candidates at our clients.
We partner closely with our client base & work to deliver exceptional candidate AND client experience by delivering the talent they are looking for.
On the other hand, if you relish the hunt for new business; the cold calls, the tracking people down, the thrill of winning that account yourself - we totally respect that, but our agency business model is probably not right for you. (I mean, feel free to come & do that but you may soon find yourself realising you don't have to)

The role:
What you may be called: Recruitment Consultant, Talent Attraction Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition specialist, Recruitment account manager, recruitment resourcer, or just plain old “Recruiter”.
Where you will live: Ideally close-ish to our lovely, converted barn offices in the Northamptonshire countryside (Northampton / Milton Keynes area). As a team, we’ve flip-flopped on the whole “office vs remote” debate but have concluded that some office time IS in fact welcome & very useful. So, hybrid working it is. 2-3 days in the office (flexible).
What you will earn: We give generous basic salaries (£25K- £35K to start, depending on experience level), with uncapped, up to 30% commission on all billings (Paid when the candidate starts; no waiting for invoices to be paid) + a benefits package (private health insurance, included). Our best performing senior consultants will earn over £100K in a good year. Realistically, 1st year for a relatively experienced person, I’d say around £50K+ though.

I could go on with all the usual stuff about pool tables in the office, very flexible home working arrangements, regular staff treats & free tea & coffee (Ha!) but that’s a bit dull.
