Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Utilise a range of channels like job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and professional networks to actively seek potential candidates across various regions and countries.

Global Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to comprehend sales trends, competitor landscapes, and industry insights in international markets, supporting our strategic recruitment efforts.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct preliminary assessments to identify qualified candidates possessing relevant experience, language proficiency, and cultural suitability for international clients and markets.

Interviews and Assessments: Conduct screening interviews and assessments via phone or virtual platforms, evaluating candidates' skills, cultural adaptability, and overall suitability for positions.

International Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to attract the finest professionals from diverse countries and regions.

Client / Candidate Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience and successful placements.

Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and HR teams to understand specific needs and requirements for international positions, aligning recruitment efforts accordingly.

Offer Negotiation: Assist in formulating competitive salary and benefits packages, skillfully negotiating offers with selected candidates and clients.

Reporting: Regularly update the management team on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.

Skills Needed:

Experience: No prior experience required, although any exposure to sales or recruitment processes will be advantageous.

Sales Enthusiast: Genuine interest in sales and understanding of the unique demands of the sales process in diverse global markets.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and candidates globally, collaborating with team members effectively.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Networking Skills: Excellent networking skills for connecting with potential candidates and industry professionals globally.
