Direct Personnel is a recruitment agency based in Smethwick servicing the Midlands for over 15 years. Due to an exciting expansion plan, we are looking to recruit trainees or experienced recruitment consultants to work in our busy office. You will be involved in the total 360 degree recruitment process. The roles will involve B2B sales and networking, resourcing and account managing. We are looking for out-going people with a desire to succeed to join our close knit team. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary, plus a uncapped commission scheme.
