Our commission structure is uncapped, offering the potential to earn up to 40% in tiered commissions. On average, our consultants earn a monthly commission of £4k, and an impressive 20% of them consistently bring in a minimum of £7.5k per month.

We are currently looking for people with the following qualities:
- A genuine desire to work with an innovative recruitment agency that prioritizes solutions and personal growth.
- Experience in technology or financial recruitment, preferably with exposure to ERP/HCM technologies.
- Demonstrated self-discipline in achieving targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable with both office-based and remote work arrangements.
Your responsibilities as part of our team may include:
- Proactively sourcing and selecting candidates, while building a robust network.
- Developing client relationships within your specialized market, understanding their hiring needs, and providing effective solutions.
- Supporting and leading the interview process, offering guidance and scheduling interviews.
- Negotiating with candidates and managing the offer process.
- Becoming a subject matter expert, providing valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience and fostering long-term relationships.
- Identifying new growth opportunities through relationship-building and business development techniques.
