Delivery Consultant - No sales!
Up to £30,000 DOE + Commission

The role
Based Birmingham City Centre, Brookwood Recruitment are a specialist talent consultancy with a strong reputation for service delivery and tailored solutions for our global client base. We work in partnership with some of the biggest and most recognisable companies and have successfully helped clients deliver change programs across IT, business operations, digital, tech and HR.
We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Consultant - (no sales!) to join our successful resource team on a permanent basis. Our delivery consultants play a key part in the success of Brookwood and are responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to both temporary and permanent positions with our clients.
As part of the 180 Resource Team, you will attract candidates by using various methods including our in-house recruitment systems, external job boards, social media channels and headhunting. You will be responsible for advertising job postings, screening and interviewing candidates, running background checks, and finally matching them to our clients.
You will be given all the training, support and mentoring you would need to have a long and rewarding career within recruitment. We have an extensive tech stack which cuts out all the mundane boring bits of recruitment and allows you to have more time focusing on delivering a first-class recruitment service to our clients.
