Recruitment Consultant – Software Sales (£45k)
Recruitment Consultant - The Opportunity:
- £25,000 basic (promotion after 6 months goes to £28,000)
- NO threshold and uncapped commission

- Year 1 OTE = £45k | Year 2 OTE = £70k | Year 3 OTE = £95k
We are expert software sales recruitment, partnered with the software giants across the globe and working with the top talent, sales professionals. We are looking for a motivated, driven and organised individual who has a success hungry mindset to join an incredibly high performing team (top biller makes over £300k per year!). Recruitment Consultant - The Role
- Completing the entire recruitment process from first call to completion of deals.
- Cold calling, headhunting and business development calls to win on new business from clients.
- Finding and attracting world-class talent and becoming an expert within your market.
- Building and maintaining impeccable relationships with new and existing clients
- Building a personal brand in your chosen market
- Securing and booking interviews for your candidates
- Negotiating fees, salaries, and terms with clients.

Recruitment Consultant – The Requirements
We are looking for charismatic, driven, and ambitious graduates, sales professionals or people with commercial experience to join a high performing, fun and professional team.
- Incredible communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills and is confident speaking with a range of different individuals.
- Financially motivated and enjoys a target driven environment to push them to become the next top biller.
- Competitive – preferably had sports or hobbies to show passion towards things outside of education and work.
- Clear work ethic, must have previously worked, worked alongside studies or had commercial experience.
- Preferably a 2:1 or above from a top 40 university.
