About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive team player with a passion for providing excellent customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a solution orientated approach.

You will provide administrative support for our maintenance, technical and repairs services teams, carrying out a varied and reactive role, including:

  • organising planned and cyclical maintenance
  • processing financial information
  • updating and maintaining record accuracy
  • liaising with tenants on a regular basis
  • preparing communication for customers

About You

You will have proven administrative experience and be proficient in using customised databases and Microsoft Office / G Suite packages including spreadsheets/Google sheets. You should have experience dealing directly with customers and providing excellent service. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have good organisational skills and the ability to plan and organise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines. You should be an effective team contributor who is adaptable and keen to learn new skills.

You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
