Are you an experienced recruiter, looking to move into an in-house recruitment role?
Apollo Home Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our established team in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
- Full Time – Permanent
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (37.5hrs)
- Office Based – Doncaster
- Salary of up to £25,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
- The potential to earn an annual team bonus of £1,000 - £2,000, based on targets
- An additional day off for your birthday*
You will be responsible for the interviewing and onboarding of Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers, ensuring that their skills and experience align with the needs and requirements of our service users.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you will be conducting up to 6 interviews per day.
There will be no cold calling involved as our Central Recruitment Team are responsible for sourcing candidates and carrying out telephone screenings, ahead of booking candidates in for an interview with the local office.
This is where you then come in and guide the candidate through our interview, onboarding, induction and training process, ensuring that they have everything they need in preparation for their first day.
