Position: Recruitment Compliance Administrator
Location: Remote
Contract type: Full time, Fixed Term 9/12 month contract, Remote working
Salary: £26,000 per annum + uncapped monthly bonus!
The role:
To provide a first-class recruitment compliance service to the organisation. Reviewing, auditing and managing all recruitment compliance and ensuring that our end to end recruitment process operates effectively and in compliance with CQC requirements. Ensuring that as a function we have clear processes in place to manage employee documentation and administration and that all records and databases are kept up to date and maintained accurately.
Responsibilities
- Adherence to all compliance requirements for all candidates placed.
- Auditing current employees to ensure that full compliance is maintained across all branches.
- Confirming, requesting, researching and verifying candidate references on a daily basis.
- DBS disclosure requests and Right to Work are completed correctly and without errors.
- Ongoing compliance monitoring is undertaken such that all audits, both internal and external, are successfully completed.
- Data entry onto bespoke database of candidate information and documentation.
- Thorough registration checking to ensure 100% pass compliance audits.
- Examining, verifying and authorising candidate eligibility to work information and files.
- Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to arrange training, start dates and contracts for new starters.
Skills and experience
- Experience as a administrator in a HR or Recruitment function would be an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and as an individual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively and collaboratively across an organisation.
