About us:
At Liberty Support Services we operate supported living services for people with Complex Autism and Learning Disabilities. We have exciting opportunities for staff who really want to make a difference to the life of the people we support. The individuals may display behaviours that challenge, may experience mental health conditions, but they also enjoy participating in a range of activities in the community, such as going to football, the cinema, bowling, having a job, and going on holiday. They have a range of needs due to their disabilities, some of which involve staff providing personal care, assisting them with cooking and cleaning their homes and maintaining their tenancies.
At Liberty we aim to provide the highest standard of support and we recognise that we must work in partnership with staff to do this. We offer full and part time hours on an agreed rota basis that operates 24 hours a day 365 days per year and we need reliable and committed staff to work with us .
We have a number of exciting opportunities and can be flexible in our approach to working hours. All we request is that all staff members complete one sleep in shift per week.
