We are now expanding our Recruitment team with this newly created opportunity to lead the Recruitment and Onboarding team.

You will lead the Recruitment team to deliver a high-quality service to the Trust, working alongside our Head of Resourcing and HR colleagues.

Delivering on the Recruitment and Onboarding strategy and providing direction to the recruiting and onboarding team, you will support the Trust across all services, levels and disciplines to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a timely, effective and quality service.

The key functions of the role are:

  • Delivering flexible recruitment & resourcing services based on the needs of the Trust
  • Working with the Campaigns team to develop innovative candidate attraction strategies
  • Leading on medium/large-scale recruitment and assessment processes/events, alongside the Campaigns Team
  • Maintaining service delivery within budget and to required timescales
  • Developing talent pools and a pipeline of future candidates to meet the needs of the Trust
  • Providing strategic overview and consistency across the trust’s recruitment delivery
  • Collaborate, plan and support the delivery the Trust’s Recruitment & Retention Strategy.
Working and managing a busy and friendly team within a Trust with many opportunities and a big Learning and Development team.
