THIS IS BASED IN SHERBURN IN ELMET (LS25 6NA)
You will be working Monday to Friday 8:00 till 16.30 flexibility maybe required around these hours for inductions.
In this role your main responsibilities would be:
- You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities.
- Phone screening candidates
- Arranging interviews & all accompanying administration tasks.
- Confirm schedules throughout the interview stages with all parties.
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage a high volume of recruitment vacancies.
- Managing relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders.
- Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates.
- CV Searching
- Other adhoc duties including help with disciplinary's, compliance, etc.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in recruitment
- Competent MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter and can work independently and in a team environment.
- Works well with little or no supervision
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Excellent people skills, is assertive yet calm and has a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
