We are now looking to recruit a Recruitment Advisor for a 9 month fixed term contract. (Secondment options for NHS employees can be considered)
The Role
The Recruitment Advisor will work collaboratively with the Recruitment Manager to deliver an efficient and effective recruitment and on-boarding service in accordance with Trust policy and procedure.
The post-holder will maintain and update relevant recruitment systems, supporting with all stages of the recruitment process for key roles within the organisation, including submitting advert requests, organising interview panels, attending/hosting recruitment events, assessing candidates and relaying outcomes.
Advise the Organisation on recruitment and selection, including the provision of best practice guidance on candidate attraction and selection strategies and advising on compliance with relevant policies and legislation on fairness and equality.
