We are looking for an experienced Cluster Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple hotels in a given area, ensuring that all hotels meet their operational challeges and profitability goals.
The Cluster Opersations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, oversee Health and Safety, as well as providing guidance and support to property specific managers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a cluster of hotel.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor hotels performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Be the leader of Health and Safety and Operational Excellence.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales.
- Manage store budgets and ensure that all costs are kept within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
