We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As Recruitment Advisor, you will be joining the Talent Team, to focus on hiring the very best Personal Trainers and provide detailed insights into the candidate market.

The role:

• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager to develop a recruitment strategy for Personal Trainers
• Provide support to clubs in their PT recruitment processes
• Research and analyse current candidate markets to ensure we are attracting talent into our business
• Create and drive innovative advertising strategies with the Marketing Team and Talent Acquisition Manager
• Manage and support a positive candidate experience for PTs
• Develop a methodology of tracking and monitoring the recruitment lifecycle
• Organise and attend recruitment days, careers fair and colleges to promote VA
• Create and implement an effective talent pipeline for VA
• Look at continually improving recruitment processes

What qualities does a Recruitment Advisor need to join Virgin Active?

• Experience with recruiting at high volumes
• You have knowledge of the principles, tools, techniques and developments in sourcing and recruitment
• Knowledge of fitness/personal trainers and their career paths
• Ability to multi task, prioritise, and work under pressure
• You thrive in fast, high pressured environments
• Consistently looking for ways to improve processes and systems
• Excellent, friendly verbal and written communication skills, for both email and phone
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and different ATS (we us eArcu)
• You will act as a member of one team with one goal, will always be yourself, and work hard. Most importantly, you dream big
• You are always looking for ways to learn and improve, to inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing
