About The Role
We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly Resourcing team!
You'll be a key part of our team and will work across our volume recruitment functions, covering Retail, Convenience, Manufacturing and Logistics. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you'll lead on sourcing candidates for our skilled volume roles, such as Butchers, Bakers, Florists and Pharmacy Dispensers. This will involve searches on CV job boards (such as Indeed and Reed), speaking to candidates about career opportunities, and supporting our sites to process applications quickly.
Alongside sourcing, you'll also have the opportunity to be involved in lots of project work which could include anything from creating attraction materials, to analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvements. The scope of these projects covers the whole business and enables you to be involved in driving significant changes to support our onsite recruitment teams with their recruitment challenges.
This role benefits from a 4 day working week, with the requirement to work 11 Saturdays per year (pro rata). The team currently spends 2 days a week together in the office, with the flexibility to work from home for the other 2 days.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Advertising roles across various platforms including our own careers page and external job boards
Proactive candidate sourcing via various job boards
Delivering great candidate and hiring manager experience using feedback to drive improvements
Participating in regular team, peer and department meetings to support the resourcing agenda
Supporting the Recruitment Manager and the Resourcing Specialists where required
Producing MI, data analysis and regular reporting to senior stakeholders

About You
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
Prior experience in Recruitment or a similar service orientated environment is advantageous, but not essential
Ability to work with a sense of urgency without compromising quality of work
Flexibility, adaptability, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure
Proactive approach with willingness to learn new skills and techniques
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and desire to follow process
Excellent verbal communication and naturally inquisitive
