Job description
Carers required to join our lovely team to cover a variety of hours .Some flexibility is required and will be considered to suit the candidate's needs. You will work as part of a team delivering Person centred care to our frail and vulnerable residents.
We have recently tried a rolling rota; improving work life balance. (There may be exceptions where the needs of the home change)
You should be compassionate, caring and be able to communicate with residents and team members.
You will be fully supported in induction and we offer a comprehensive training programme.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week
Salary: £10.90-£11.70 per hour
