About the Role:
Joining us on this newly created graduate scheme means you get an opportunity to take on responsibility in a specific role or project (such as new product development launches or site improvements) and deliver against business objectives, giving the successful candidate a wide range of experience in readiness for a career longer term in a Technical Operations pharmaceutical role.
During the 2 year programme your time will be spent working in both our Linthwaite manufacturing site which is a Centre of Excellence for semi-solids and liquids in functions such as Manufacturing Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality as well our head office in Slaithwaite gaining experience within the Commercial side of the business working in Sales, Finance and Commercial Supply Chain teams. The 2nd year of the programme will be tailored to your future career aspirations as well as ensuring that the graduate scheme provides well rounded experience of the whole product lifecycle from innovation to launch stage and beyond with a view to a permanent position at the end of the scheme.

- An expected or achieved 2:1 degree in a relevant business, science/pharma, engineering or supply chain discipline
- A passion to learn about the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sector and a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to spot and act upon opportunities to improve working practices and processes.
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
