Recruitment Officer / Administration

Reserves Staffing Solution is a professional recruitment company providing temporary and permanent staff to many different public and private companies within Health and Social care sector across the UK.

RSS always tries to provide a high standard of staff therefore successful candidates must be able to show pride and commitment to their work.

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Officer / Administration to join and amazing team working part time. Possibility of Hybrid working after successful training and induction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Utilise online recruitment methods such as job boards and social media

· Managing and updating job adverts to ensure the best possible exposure

· Utilising as many recruitment methods as possible to attract new carers

· Follow standard processes for recruitment and selection of new applicants regarding applicant's work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements

· Obtaining references for new staff, general filing, input of new starters on to the database, sending out application packs / offer letters / rejection letters etc.

· Create and update personal files for successful candidates, ensuring the relevant recruitment documentation is entered onto the employee record file

· Proactively liaise with Business owners and applicants throughout the recruitment process.

· Manage job boards and the spend behind each advert

Your Experience:

· Understanding of in-house recruitment / general recruitment processes

· Good organisational, planning and time management skills

· Have strong communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written

· Be a strong rapport builder who is able to establish relationships with others (within the team and internal/external stakeholders) quickly and easily

· Be proactive, taking ownership and accountability for decisions and commitments

· Must have excellent English, Maths and IT skills including; Word, Outlook and Excel

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

Salary: £20,774.00-£23,483.00 per year
