A new opportunity has arisen to join the Recruitment Team at NHS Golden Jubilee based onsite in Clydebank.
The hospital is going through a period of ongoing expansion resulting in a need to increase the size of the recruitment team to support significantly increased activity.
You will be working in a fast-moving environment where experience and co-operation really matter. But more than that, your work will help towards ensuring the services we run and the patients we care for are our key priority.
In addition to previous experience of working in a high volume, fast- paced environment, administrative/clerical experience is essential as the majority of your role will involve Microsoft Office based administration tasks including formatting documents in Word, creating and issuing contracts, updating Excel spreadsheets and responding to email queries in Outlook. Experience of working within a recruitment team is desirable.
This is an office-based role although there may be the opportunity for an element of hybrid working once the successful candidate has been fully trained.
