We have a vacancy for Recruitment & Administration assistant to join our successful team covering our holiday camps. We operate in Surrey, Bath,Bristol, Taunton, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Kent and Redhill.
Roles and Responsibilities, but not limited to
- Building and maintaining a positive attitude amongst your team
- Visiting staff at schools and other venues to assess, support and train
- Recruiting to ensure sufficient staff at all sites at all times
- Conducting regular appraisals with staff to ensure development and progression
- Organising regular team building events and activities
- Organising equipment collections and returns
- Ensuring all staff have the correct training and checks for them to carry out their duties
- Creating and managing company policies
- Conducting training days
- Completing venue paperwork and ensuring all parties have all items required
Requirements:
- Strong work ethics

- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively

Salary:
- £12.50 per hour.
- £11.00 per hour for 3 month probatory period
Experience:
- No experience needed, training will be provided
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
Licence:
- Driving License (Must have)
