Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in HR Management, Communications, Business, or related field or commensurate experience required.
- Two years of HR experience with knowledge of talent acquisition and HR administration required.
- Familiarity with DE&I initiatives preferred.
- Must possess ability to work with and retain confidential information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess excellent organizational/interpersonal skills; strong internal and external client focus required.
- High level of initiative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively within a fast-paced, corporate environment required.
- Must possess ability to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Proficient with MS Office: Word/Excel – Candidate will be tested on Word & Excel. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, Google Docs/Sheets required.
Principal Activities and Duties:
Talent Acquisition
- Proactively source candidates for open positions using recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, and others.
- Develop and sustain relationships with potential pipeline sources (i.e., universities and colleges, local community organizations, other national service organizations, etc.).
- Attend various job fairs and outreach events accordingly.
- Maintain annual recruitment calendar.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a timely manner to ensure prompt fulfillment of job requisitions and accurate reporting of metrics.
- Support candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by regularly communicating with candidates and responding to candidate questions.
- Maintain data and create reports related to recruitment and sourcing metrics.
- Prepare for and facilitate Onboarding bi-weekly.
- Support TA Team projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
General Human Resources
- Serve as an HR point of contact to:
2. Prepare job descriptions, draft interview guides, and facilitate certain background checks.
- Prepare replacement and add to staff requisitions, as requested.
- Support general HR projects, as assigned.
